Change Management

Change management processes are required to process and document requested changes, keeping users and managers informed while providing an accurate and detailed historical trail of configuration changes; at times these processes are cumbersome and taxing.  Baker has several complementary tools to facilitate this process to make EAM implementations and upgrades, or other operational changes, as seamless as possible.
